Just to keep in mind.....
I have been receiving some questions as to what we "target" on any given day.....keep in mind that Woodward is a LOT of cardio.....you will be pooped, but it's so worth it because our bodies need that! As far as the days at the smaller parks go, it's more toning that we concentrate on mixed with cardio. Full body targeting! Both very enjoyable and challenging. I hope that clears up the questions I was getting. Remember Toning+Cardio+ weights= fantastic results....but it's up to you to change your eating habits. See you all very soon!!
