In The Palm Of My Hand

How's it going....um GREAT!!! Never in a million years did I expect this workout group I've started to take off so quickly in a matter of less then two weeks. Thankful, happy, excited, all of these words don't do justice to how this makes me feel. I've had so many people reaching out to my group asking how they can improve their lifestyle, their health, their well being inside and out. That was all I wanted and now it's in the palm of my hand to make these individuals change the way they think and perform. Already peoples comments have hit home with me. Big time!! I know all to well what weight, size or simply being out of shape can do to someone. Comments like "I don't want to look silly if I can't keep up," "I don't want to be the fat one out there," "I'm not going, I had a bad day." Boy do I know what is behind those comments. Girls, it's not worth it. I did that for four years and all that attitude did was hold me back year after year. Now back to the positive......!!!! I literally lost count in how many contacts I have received through the blog, facebook and phone calls. I'd guess in the past week over 20 have joined. I average about 6-7 people per workout, but that is not a limit so let's make that number bigger together!! I have to share what Lupe Carrasco's daughter said about me after workout...."I can be a best friend or a worst enemy." I seem to hear this a lot lately....lol. But you guys love me right? RIGHT!!!?? A large portion of the questions I get are what exactly do we do in each workout? I really don't like to tell but, I'm a huge beleiver in cardio, so there WILL be running, stairs, things of that nature. I also highly believe in full body work outs rather then...let do arms today and legs tomorrow. Not to say I don't pin point areas, but all and all each time expect a full body work out. My ladies have had no choice but to learn to love red cups right girls? lol And if you're reading this having no idea what I'm talking about when I say red cups.....I challenge you to come find out. At the end of the day, I've fallen in love with life again because of all you out there that are allowing me to shine light on what you and I both have struggled with.
