Well hello everyone and Happy New Year! I hope you all have had a chance to enjoy these holidays with your loved ones. I know I have! With this extended break I'm assuming we have some anxious fitcampers ready to get back into the groove considering all the emails I've been receiving asking when it's time to kick it back into gear. I very excited to announce something that I know a lot of what I call "fitcamp ponderers" will be excited about! On countless occasions I've had people approach me who were curious about FC and really wanted to come, but were letting their fears get the best of them. Fears ranging all over the place from being the oldest one, biggest one, slowest one or even having anxiety of working out in front of what they felt was an audience. Now you Fitcampers know one visit with us and all those fears would be put to rest because of how supportive we all are to one another. However, you'd be surprised on the amount of people who I never had the chance to train based on these worries people have. Soooooo, I came up with something that kind of caters to those with fears in which I have mentioned. Fitcamp is usually a "come as you can" kind of boot camp. Well, no longer is that leash available which in turn you'll thank me for later. It will hold you accountable for what you have already paid for and get you on a more consistent workout routine with less of a choice to show up or not. I'm still doing the same or at least similar workouts however, it is now you and your peers, families, etc. option as to what group you choose to work out with. No more embarrassment for you shy people. =)I'll give you an example:
Shea would like to work out with just herself, her sister in-law and her mom. So Shea would call me and work out a SET WEEKLY TIME to book me for Shea and her family. That time would be penciled out for them alone.
$10 per person per hour session - GROUP
$20 per hour private - SOLO
So it is up to you guys to arrange a group you all are comfortable with and come with the understanding you all rely on each other to be supportive in showing up, and holding one another accountable for getting your monies worth. You guys show up and I'll take care of the hard part =)

It's been a while.....
It's been a while since I blogged......summer is almost over and now we each have to stop and think....."Did I make my summer goal? Did I fit into those pants, did I actually wear a 2 peice, did I fit into that dress/pants that I promised myself I would?" I pray the answer is YES! And I hope I had something to do with it! Those of you who are with me non-stop I know your answer =) You all look great! Stay motivated and keep pushing and the results will continue to fall off! For those of you who do not have the answers you were hoping to have, I encourage you to come out to FC. Working as hard as we do out at FC really motivates my people to stop eating the bad stuff because when you work THAT hard it's just not worth it to stuff the bad food in after! So start there! Start with a supportive group to reach your goal. I promise....you may hate me during workouts, but in the end, you'll love it. Who hates fitting into your jeans, or feeling comfortable for once, or not running out a breath just going up stairs? I love that! Stay positive and know it's never too late. Bringing a friend? Keep your fee!
For the month of April I'm really trying to help those in need to get into shape for those summer bods we all are striving to get. Summer is right around the corner! Which means, shorts, tanks, and dan-dan-DAN!!!!!!!!!! Swim suits! If you're afraid of those words, join us at fitcamp for a start to a new you. A healthier you! April is the last month before my one year anniversary of fitcamp!!! Wow! What an amazing experience this all has been! Thank you all for making this such an awesome year! For the month of April and May each time you bring a friend you pay no fee!!! So bring one each time and you'll never pay! Now I don't know about you, but I can say about everyone I know wants to be in better shape so just getting your friends and family out there is the challenge. Be that inspirational person in your loved ones lives and drag them out to fitcamp. You'll benefit from free-bees and they will love you for introducing them to a funfilled workout program that wants to grow! Let's work together and make this happen....make 2010 the year fitcamp blows up!

Uh hum!!!!
Uh Hum!!!!!!......I repeat we're back! So where y'all been? We went from an average of 30-40 people a session to about 5. Boo! What happened? I received so many countless emails on how excited you guys were to return. Did you guys get spooked? Gain? Get comfortable on that couch? Either way excuses got me no where but on a surgery table and I KNOW you guys don't wanna end up there....so lets make this week a new beginning (again) and start together. Have faith you can do it and will do it. I'm here for all of you any time you need me. If your uncomfortable working out in a group call me for a private. One way or another we're gonna do this...together =) Look forward to seeing all your faces!!
